Responsibilities Greet customers and consult with them on their desired hairstyle or grooming services Provide haircuts, beard trims, shaves and other grooming services as requested by customers Ensure that all tools and equipment are clean and sanitized before use Keep up-to-date on current trends and styles in the industry to offer the latest services to customers Maintain a clean and organized work area at all times Build strong relationships with customers to ensure repeat business Handle cash transactions accurately and maintain proper records of sales Requirements Proven experience as a Barber in a busy salon or barber shop Excellent communication skills and ability to build rapport with customers of all ages, genders and backgrounds Knowledge of current trends, styles and techniques in the industry Ability to use various tools such as clippers, scissors, razors, etc. Attention to detail and ability to follow sanitation procedures for tools and equipment Must be able to work on weekends and some holidays as needed Salary: We offer a competitive salary of $1,800 per month for full-time employment. Tips from satisfied customers are also common. Location: Our barber shop is located in the vibrant city of Las Vegas and is easily accessible by public transportation or car. Working hours: This is a full-time position with 40 hours per week guaranteed. We require flexibility for working on weekends and some holidays. Visa sponsorship: We are willing to provide visa sponsorship for qualified candidates who meet the necessary requirements. Accommodation: This position does not include accommodation. Candidates must have their own housing arrangements in Las Vegas. Language requirements: While English is preferred it is not required for this position.
