Qualifications:

Current Arizona Phlebotomist License / Certification
American Heart Association BLS
1 to 2 years of recent relevant experience

Phlebotomist Contract Details:

$996 - $1,057 per week*
6-week contract with possibility to extend
Shifts are usually 8 hours, Monday through Friday
