Position: Senior Process Engineer Location: Harlingen, TX Job Id: 5389 # of Openings: 1 Garver is seeking Senior Process Engineer to join our Water Design Center (WDC) team in Harlingen, TX. As part of Garver’s growing Water Design Centers, you’ll lead a project team producing designs for water and wastewater treatment facilities and other ancillary infrastructure associated with water and wastewater projects. You’ll be engaged in process modeling, hydraulic modeling, design calculations, facility and equipment layouts, coordinating with equipment vendors and regulatory agencies, coordinating support disciplines and regional offices, and performing quality reviews. You’ll travel occasionally when a project requires a site assessment as well as support during construction.Day to day responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:Design water and wastewater treatment processesPerform process modeling and develop design criteria using analysis of water and wastewater process modeling dataSupport water and wastewater process evaluation, selection, and implementationPerform hydraulic analysis of water and wastewater treatment plantsDesign chemical storage and feed systemsDesign of blower systems and blower sizingProduce process flow diagramsProduce piping and instrumentation diagramsPrepare specification and contract documentsSupport construction projectsOversee the development of construction drawings and 3D modelsAssist the Process Group Leader in managing and mentoring teams, coordinating schedules, monitoring budgets, and ensuring delivery of quality work products adhering to Garver standardsAbout Garver's Water Infrastructure Design Center:The Water Infrastructure Design Center is a knowledge-based hub that excels in highly technical, multi-discipline water and wastewater designs for locations all across Garver’s footprint.
