Role: ChangeManagement Analyst IdealExperience Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, ComputerScience, or a related field, or equivalent work experience. Internship experience in IT service management or arelated field is preferred. Basic understanding of IT service management, with afocus on change management. Strong organizational and administrative skills. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to work collaboratively in a teamenvironment. Keen attention to detail and ability to managemultiple tasks simultaneously. Eagerness to learn and adapt in a dynamic ITenvironment. ITIL certification (or willingness to obtain) is aplus. AWS Cloud Practitioner certification is a plus. Process Coordination: Assist in the coordination ofchange management processes, including scheduling, documentation, andfollow-up activities. Meeting Administration: Provide administrativesupport for change management meetings, including the preparation ofagendas, meeting minutes, and tracking action items. Metrics & Reporting: Assist in generatingcomprehensive change management reports and metrics for review byleadership. Continuous Improvement: Contribute to ongoing processimprovement efforts by identifying key opportunities to enhance the changemanagement lifecycle. ITIL Practices: Learn, develop, and applyfoundational ITIL best practices to all daily tasks and operationalresponsibilities. Operational Flexibility: Perform other related dutiesas required and assigned by management. Familiarity with IT systems and tools used in changemanagement is a plus. Why joinSonata Software?
