Transportation Clerk

Our client, located in Clyde, OH, is seeking a dedicated Transportation Clerk to join their team. As a Transportation Clerk, you will be an essential part of the office support staff, contributing to the smooth operation of daily administrative and logistical tasks. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully in the organization.
Job Title: Transportation Clerk
Location: CLYDE, OH
Pay Range: $19.47
Shift: 9pm - 5am, Sunday through Thursday
What's the Job?
- Handle various office and administrative duties including accounts payable/receivable and collections
- Perform payroll, fuel reconciliation, and maintain office supplies and billing
- Maintain database records and generate miscellaneous reports
- Audit logs, trip reports, and other DOT reporting requirements
- Assist with customer service interactions, driver equipment requests, and pallet tracking

- Ability to perform office and administrative tasks efficiently
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Basic knowledge of DOT regulations and reporting
- Willingness to work evening shifts and collaborate with team members
