Description: This position involves working within a specialized procedures department. The unit operates with a high level of teamwork and collaboration among staff. Nursing responsibilities include assisting with procedures in a biplane suite along with ancillary procedures in the imaging department. The procedural area operates with a 1:1 patient ratio. Typical procedures involve neuro-interventions, angiograms, embolizations, and biopsies. We foster an environment of learning, teamwork, and inclusiveness. Scheduling options include four 10-hour shifts for convenience. Call schedule involves working 6-8 days with one weekend per month. Leadership on the unit possesses extensive experience and is dedicated to staff development. Candidates will have opportunities for growth and learning during their assignment.
