Leasing Agent

Responsibilities The Leasing Agent serves as the company’s primary sales representative for prospective residents, driving occupancy through consultative selling, relationship building, and lease conversion. Responsibilities include: Prospect and build rapport with prospective resident needs. Present compelling housing solutions and close leases. Respond to and follow up on inquiries from prospective residents. Engage potential tenants, providing insights into housing options to encourage applications. Negotiate lease terms and explain lease documents to new tenants. Perform leasing activities in compliance with applicable laws to maximize occupancy. Collaborate with underwriting and leasing teams to guide applicants through the leasing journey. Stay informed about company policies and procedures to ensure compliance and current practices. Qualifications High School Diploma or GED required. Minimum three (3) years of related sales or customer‑facing sales experience required. Leasing, real estate, or property management experience preferred. Valid State Real Estate License required. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, Outlook) required. Outstanding communication and analytical skills. Ability to build relationships, organize tasks, and deliver top‑notch customer service. Compensation Hourly pay range: $21.09 to $25.30 per hour.
