Plan and conduct routine technical or engineering-related assignments. Provide resolution to routine technical or engineering-related problems. Develop and recommend procedures and methods. Evaluate, select and apply technical techniques, procedures, and criteria using judgment in making adaptations and modifications.Preferred SkillsExperience in Process Operations or Maintenance.Experience with pellet presses or walking beam sintering furnaces.Experience with spare parts management, interfacing with Maintenance Craft and Operations personnel. What You'll BringBachelor's Degree in Engineering or a technical field.Minimum of 2 years of related experience in lieu of degree. Knowledge of related engineering standards, techniques and criteria.Good communication skills to comprehend and convey detailed technical data.Advanced problem identification and problem resolution skills.Total Rewards PackageTotal Rewards Package Salary: $80,168.40 - $90,000 and may also include annual incentives and performance bonuses. The base salary range is a guideline.
