HRIS Coordinator

We're looking for a Human Resources Technology Coordinator to support HR technology initiatives and Talent Management operations. This is a great opportunity for someone with experience supporting HR systems, participating in UAT, and collaborating across business and technology teams. Responsibilities :Support Talent Management programs including Performance Management, Recruiting, Onboarding, Employee Relations, and mor ePartner with HR, Technology, Compliance, and business stakeholders to improve processes and system functionalit yGather and document business requirements for enhancements and process improvement sCoordinate and execute User Acceptance Testing (UAT), including test planning, issue tracking, and validatio nInvestigate user issues and coordinate resolutions with appropriate team sSupport Agile product backlogs and enhancement deliver yAssist with project coordination, change management, training materials, and user communication sIdentify opportunities to improve processes, efficiency, and user experienc e Required Qualification s:1-3 years of experience in HR, HR Technology, Business Analysis, Project Coordination, Operations, or a related fie ldExperience supporting HR systems or business applicatio nsHands-on experience with User Acceptance Testing (UA T)Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skil lsExcellent verbal and written communication skil lsProficiency with Microsoft Excel and PowerPoi ntAbility to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environme #J-18808-Ljbffr Lenmar Consulting Inc
