What You'll Do As a Residential Service Electrician, you'll work directly with homeowners to diagnose problems, provide expert recommendations, and deliver high-quality electrical solutions. Your responsibilities will include: Troubleshooting electrical issues Explaining repair and upgrade options clearly and professionally Helping homeowners improve the safety, reliability, efficiency, and convenience of their electrical systems Performing high-quality electrical repairs and installations Building lasting customer relationships through honesty and exceptional service Our best technicians educate customers, provide solutions, and allow homeowners to make informed decisions with confidence. Typical Projects Every day is different. What We're Looking For Required High School Diploma or GED Valid driver's license Strong communication and customer service skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Preferred 4+ years of electrical experience Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills Experience presenting repair and upgrade options to homeowners Customer-facing service experience Experience mentoring apprentices We reward great performance with industry-leading pay and benefits.
