425+ bed not for profit medical center

Well established cardiac team of 12+ cardiologists

• 3 Cardiac Surgeons, 5 General Cardiologists, interventional cardiology, structural heart cardiology, and electrophysiology
• Advanced Heart Failure APP support in hospital and clinic
• 22 patients per full day clinic, on average
• Established LVAD monitoring clinic

Shared call ~ 1:8- sub specialists rotate with general cardiology team
