Job Description

About the Role:

Mi Sabor Mexican Kitchen in Glendora, CA is looking for energetic and passionate Servers to join our team! If you love great food, great people, and creating memorable dining experiences, we want to hear from you. Come be a part of a vibrant restaurant where every shift brings new energy and great opportunities.

Responsibilities:

Greet and seat guests in a warm, friendly, and timely manner
Take accurate food and beverage orders and relay them to the kitchen staff
Deliver food and drinks promptly, ensuring order accuracy and presentation
Provide knowledgeable recommendations on menu items, specials, and beverages
Monitor and attend to guest needs throughout the dining experience
Process payments and handle cash and card transactions accurately
Maintain cleanliness and organization of tables, service areas, and dining room

Requirements:

Previous serving or food service experience preferred but not required
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced restaurant environment
Reliable, punctual, and a team-oriented attitude
Ability to stand for extended periods and carry trays
Flexible availability including evenings, weekends, and holidays
Must meet minimum age requirements for serving in California
Bilingual
