Four Seasons Yachts is redefining ultra-luxury travel with its first yacht setting sail in January 2026. As part of the prestigious Four Seasons Hotels and Resorts, this 207-meter-long super-yacht features 14 decks and 95 spacious suites, each with floor-to-ceiling windows and private terraces - offering unmatched elegance on the high seas.

The Bartender is a vital member of the beverage service team, responsible for delivering exceptional hospitality
across a variety of beverage service environments, including lounges, pool bars, bespoke cocktail bars, and fine
dining restaurants. This role involves crafting a diverse range of beverages, providing personalized service, and
creating memorable experiences for guests. The Bartender will also play a key role in servicing special parties,
events, amenity programs, and ritual toasts, ensuring that all offerings align with the Four Seasons' standards of
luxury and excellence.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Provide attentive and personalized service, ensuring that each guest feels valued and welcomed.
• Engage with guests to understand their preferences and make tailored recommendations that
  enhance their experience.
• Always maintain a friendly and professional demeanor, embodying the Four Seasons' spirit of
  hospitality and genuine heart.
• Assist in the setup and execution of special parties and events, including crafting signature cocktails
  and coordinating beverage service.
• Participate in amenity programs and ritual toasts, ensuring a seamless experience for guests and
  contributing to memorable moments.
• Maintain a clean and organized bar area, adhering to health and safety regulations and ensuring
  compliance with Four Seasons standards.
• Manage inventory levels and assist with ordering supplies, ensuring the bar is well-stocked and prepared for service.
• Collaborate with the beverage team to optimize workflow and efficiency during peak service periods.
• Work effectively with kitchen and service staff to ensure seamless integration of food and beverage
  offerings.
• Participate in team meetings and training sessions to continuously improve skills and knowledge,
  fostering a culture of teamwork and excellence.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Cruise ship experience mandatory
• 21+ years old, no offensive tattoos allowed
• High school diploma or equivalent required; a degree in Hospitality Management or a related field is a plus. Certification in mixology or bartending from an accredited institution is preferred.
• A minimum of 2-3 years of bartending experience in a high-end hospitality environment is required. Proven ability to work in diverse beverage settings, including lounges, pool bars, and fine dining restaurants. Strong knowledge of beverage service standards, cocktail preparation, and guest interaction is essential.
• Excellent communication skills and proficiency in English are a must.
• Willingness to live and work onboard the Yacht for extended periods, with travel to various international destinations.
