Prep Cook / Line Cook

We are looking for a dedicated Cook/Prep Cook to join our team. You will be responsible for preparing ingredients, setting up workstations, and assisting with food preparation to ensure smooth service. The ideal candidate is passionate about food, organized, and works well under pressure.

Key Responsibilities

• Preparation: Wash, chop, slice, and dice vegetables; cut and portion meats; and measure ingredients for recipes.
• Station Setup: Prepare workstations with all necessary ingredients and cooking equipment.
• Cooking: Assist with cooking tasks, such as grilling, frying, or baking, and preparing simple dishes.
• Safety & Sanitation: Maintain a clean and organized work area, comply with food safety guidelines, and properly store food items.
• Inventory: Assist with inventory checks and restocking ingredients.

Requirements

• Previous experience in a food service environment (preferred, but not always required).
• Ability to stand for long periods and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of health and safety rules regarding food handling.
• Ability to work as part of a team.
