Position Summary
J2 Integrity Solutions is seeking a Marketing Specialist to bring the J2 brand to life across our digital channels through original graphics, images, content, and campaigns. This hands-on, creative, and data-aware role is responsible for designing and executing marketing initiatives that expand J2's visibility with healthcare executives, revenue cycle leaders, and high-performing talent.
In addition to owning our content calendar and day-to-day social presence, the Marketing Specialist creates high-quality visual and written content that reflects J2's voice, values, and excellence standards. The ideal candidate is a creative, detail-oriented storyteller who blends strong design skills with disciplined execution in content planning, posting, and performance tracking.
This position plays a critical role in shaping how the market experiences J2 and fosters a culture of clarity, integrity, and measurable impact.
Key Responsibilities
- Own and manage a rolling 6–12 week content calendar spanning social media, blog posts, email campaigns, webinars, and key company milestones.
- Design social media graphics, infographics, slide visuals, quote cards, and digital assets using J2's brand guide, color palette, and slide templates.
- Create original images and composites (e.g., process diagrams, dashboards, and visuals) that communicate our work in Coding, CDI, HIM, and Revenue Integrity.
- Write and edit healthcare-focused content - social posts, short articles, landing pages, email campaigns, and downloadable resources - in a clear, executive-ready voice.
- Publish and schedule content across platforms (primarily LinkedIn, plus website and email), ensuring posts go live on time and remain on brand. May consider other sources in the future.
- Be involved with posting, basic community engagement, and monitoring, while maintaining a professional, compliant brand voice.
- Support recruitment marketing to attract consultants and staff, and awareness campaigns aimed at healthcare executives and revenue cycle leaders.
- Help track performance of digital content (impressions, engagement, click-through, and conversions) and deliver concise monthly dashboards and insights.
- Use data and competitive research to recommend adjustments in topics, formats, posting cadence, and visual styles to improve reach and relevance.
- Partner with leadership team to turn project outcomes into client-safe case studies, visuals, and narratives using de-identified or aggregated data.
- Maintain a content asset library (graphics, templates, and copy blocks) for efficient reuse and adaptation across channels on the J2 network.
- Ensure all marketing practices comply with J2's Employee Handbook, HIPAA, social media, and AI-use policies.
- Serve as a brand ambassador of J2 Integrity Solutions.
Other duties as assigned. As a growing company, we all wear multiple hats. While your primary focus will be marketing and brand, you will also be expected to contribute in areas that may extend beyond traditional marketing responsibilities. This could include supporting internal initiatives, helping build J2-branded tools and resources, attending industry events, or contributing to our professional presence - including cultivating your own voice on platforms like LinkedIn.

Qualifications & Experience
- Education: Associate's degree in Marketing, Communications, Graphic Design, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
- Experience: 3–5 years in digital marketing, content marketing, or marketing/graphic design, preferably in healthcare or professional services.
- Design Proficiency: Advanced skills in design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Cloud, or equivalent) and basic image editing, with a strong portfolio.
- Content & Channels: Proven experience owning a content calendar and publishing across at least one major platform (e.g., LinkedIn) plus a website or blog.
- Skills: Strong writing, analytical, and project management skills, with the ability to translate technical topics into accessible, engaging content.
