Job Summary UCR's Department of Sponsored Research & Programs seeks a Contracts and Grants Lead to administer and supervise center, program and complex grant projects, providing support to the School of Medicine. This hybrid role requires 3 days on campus and 2 days remote. Perform high‑level budget and resource analyses and internal fund auditing using robust analytical tools. Assist with financial administration of grants and respond to recipients regarding grant and budget revisions. Support Principal Investigators with the financial aspects of grant administration. Qualifications Current work authorization for UCR staff positions (no visa sponsorship). Demonstrated experience in contracts and grants administration is preferred. Strong analytical and budgeting skills. Effective communication and collaboration with investigators and stakeholders.
