Job Description
Outpatient Physical Therapist permanent position with a schedule of four 10-hour shifts, Tuesday through Friday, with no weekend requirements. This role focuses on evaluating and treating patients with a wide range of physical impairments in an outpatient setting. The PT will develop individualized plans of care and work collaboratively with a team of therapists to deliver high-quality, patient-centered rehabilitation services. Requirements:

Minimum 2 years of Physical Therapist experience (default)

Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited university required

CPR certification required

Active state PT license required

Strong assessment and evaluation skills

Ability to develop and implement individualized treatment plans

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Team-oriented mindset with strong collaboration abilities

Experience with manual therapy, vestibular rehab, or pelvic floor therapy preferred
