Construction Project Manager

You will play a key role in managing the day-to-day execution of commercial construction projects, working closely with senior leadership to ensure projects are delivered on time, on budget, and to a high standard of quality. This role offers the autonomy to take true ownership of your work within a collaborative environment that values expert guidance and client focus over micro-management. You will support the execution of projects from preconstruction through closeout, working closely with senior leadership and contributing to client communication and coordination.

Manage day-to-day project execution from preconstruction through closeout, with support from senior leadership.

Coordinate comprehensive project schedules and manage critical path activities to anticipate and resolve potential delays.

Influence project profitability by developing detailed budgets, monitoring financial performance, and identifying value engineering opportunities.

Serve as a client-facing leader, building strong relationships with ownership groups, architects, and consultants.

Oversee subcontractor procurement and performance to maintain strict alignment with scope, schedule, and quality standards.

Mentor and manage diverse teams of site superintendents and project engineers to foster a results-driven culture.

Mitigate project risks by implementing effective safety strategies and ensuring compliance with OSHA and local codes.

Drive project strategy, including preconstruction planning, value engineering, and design coordination.

Minimum of 3-7 years of experience in construction project management, specifically within a General Contracting environment.

Proven leadership ability managing commercial, multi-family, or mixed-use projects concurrently.

Technical proficiency in construction methods, contract negotiation, and regulatory safety requirements.

Advanced software skills with construction management tools such as Procore, Bluebeam, or MS Project.

Exceptional organizational skills with a demonstrated history of maintaining accurate project documentation.

Experience supporting or managing commercial construction projects.
