Registered Nurse (RN) – Progressive Care Unit (PCU) – Nights

Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care in a Cardiovascular Progressive Care Unit (PCU) setting during night shift hours
• Monitor and assess patients with cardiovascular conditions, responding promptly to changes in patient status
• Float to designated units as required based on staffing and patient census needs
• Participate in on-call rotations as needed per unit requirements
• Complete all required facility learning modules prior to and during the assignment

Required Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted Registered Nurse (RN) license in Arizona with no disciplinary actions (verified within the last 30 days)
• Minimum of 24 months of PCU experience, with experience within the last 12 months
• Active BLS, ACLS, PALS, and TNCC certifications from AHA, ARC, or ASHI
• PCU skills checklist completed within the last 12 months
• Valid driver's license required to verify residency (Arizona residents are not eligible for this assignment)
• Must be available to start on the designated start date or within one week; no time-off requests during the first week of assignment and total RTO may not exceed 7 days

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Prior travel nursing experience highly preferred
• Flexibility with shifts, locations, and departments is strongly advantageous in securing a timely offer
