HireNow Staffing is recruiting Retail Beauty Sales & Education Specialists to support brand education, in-store events, and retail sales growth across the San Francisco Bay Area.

This opportunity is suited to experienced Beauty Advisors who enjoy teaching retail teams, engaging shoppers, and helping beauty brands succeed in stores. You will work with retail partners such as Sephora, ULTA, and Macy's, combining product education with hands-on sales support and regional reporting.

HireNow Package

• Listed Pay: $25.00; hourly basis to be confirmed.
• Work Arrangement: Part-time contract field role.
• Hours: Approximately 30 hours weekly.
• Schedule: Flexible hours, with 23 desk days included in the supplied schedule.
• Territory: San Francisco and surrounding Bay Area retail locations.
• Travel: Reliable personal vehicle required; willingness to travel up to 50 miles one-way.
• Openings: Three.
• Start: As soon as possible, subject to hiring and onboarding.

Key Responsibilities

• Report to the National Field Manager on regional sales growth strategies and in-store activations.
• Build productive relationships with retail partner teams.
• Deliver brand and product training that helps Beauty Advisors communicate product benefits confidently.
• Support brick-and-mortar sales growth through store engagement, education, and promotional activity.
• Participate in retailer-led events, branded promotions, and in-store activations.
• Submit weekly field activity reports.
• Communicate professionally with employees across departments.
• Use Excel and Word to organize information and support reporting.

Required Qualifications

• Beauty Advisor experience with retailers such as Sephora, ULTA, Macy's, or comparable beauty retail environments.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Confidence delivering brand education to retail teams.
• Reliable personal vehicle.
• Willingness to travel up to 50 miles one-way within the assigned territory.
• Availability for approximately 30 hours per week on a flexible schedule.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word.

Preferred Qualifications

• Haircare product knowledge or education experience.
• Previous brand ambassador experience.
• Field sales representative experience.
