Key Qualifications:

• Current Texas certification as a Special Education Teacher
• Valid Dyslexia Teacher Certification in Texas
• Prior experience supporting K-12 students with dyslexia preferred
• Strong skills in delivering targeted academic interventions and providing emotional support
• Excellent organization and communication abilities for effective case management
• Adaptability to work across multiple campuses and with varying age groups

Role Responsibilities:

• Deliver specialized instruction to students with dyslexia, creating individualized and group learning plans
• Implement research-based interventions to support students’ reading, writing, and comprehension skills
• Provide classroom and emotional support tailored to student needs, fostering self-confidence and independence
• Manage caseload documentation, track student progress, and maintain timely communication with staff and families
• Collaborate with teachers, counselors, and administrators to promote a consistent, inclusive learning environment
