Director of Operations | Private Wealth Management Full-Time | In Person Benefits: Health Insurance | 401(k) | Paid Time Off The Role Northill Aims is a boutique private wealth management firm serving a select group of high-net-worth families. We are seeking a Director of Operations to own the systems, workflows, technology, and accountability that allow our team to deliver an exceptional client experience. This is not an office-management role. We need a hands‑on operator who creates clarity, builds repeatable processes, solves recurring problems, and makes sure important commitments get completed. Internally, we call this function the Keeper of Promises . Chief Aim: Operational Excellence — Keep Our Promises. What You’ll Own Build and improve firm workflows, processes, and operating standards. Ensure client commitments are captured, assigned, and completed. Oversee operational processes including onboarding, account service, transfers, and money movement. Create clear ownership and handoffs across the team. Drive effective use of Wealthbox and firm technology. Identify bottlenecks and create capacity through better systems, delegation, and automation. Provide leadership visibility into service levels, workload, and outstanding commitments. Who We’re Looking For You are highly organized, accountable, process‑minded, and comfortable taking ownership. When a problem happens repeatedly, you don’t just fix it—you improve the system. Financial‑services experience is strongly preferred but not required. Experience in an RIA, wealth management, financial planning, brokerage, banking, trust company, or family office is particularly valuable. Experience with Wealthbox, Orion, Schwab Advisor Services, or similar wealth‑management technology is a plus. Why Northill Aims We aren’t trying to build the largest wealth management firm.
