Production Associate

Our client, a leadingmanufacturer in FrankfortMI, is seeking a Production Associate to join their team. As a Production Associate, you will be part of the manufacturing department supporting various production teams. The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, excellent teamwork skills, and a proactive attitude which will align successfully in the organization. Job Title: Production Associate Hours: 6am - 4:30pm Mon - Thur OT- Fridays- based on needs Location: Frankfort, MI Pay Range: $14.75hour What's the Job? Ensure quality control standards are met throughout the manufacturing process. Maintain a clean and organized work environment. Collaborate with team members to meet production goals. Follow all safety protocols and procedures to ensure a safe workplace. What's Needed? 1-2 years Production Experiance High School Diploma or GED Ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Willingness to learn and adapt to new tasks. Basic understanding of manufacturing processes.
