HR Generalist — High-Volume Hiring & Compliance (Onsite)

Dinasty Security in Vernon, CA is seeking an experienced HR Generalist to coordinate day-to-day HR for 100+ officers across three shifts. This role owns full-cycle recruiting, onboarding, compliance, records, and benefits, acting as the backbone for HR operations in a regulatory environment.
You will manage ADP, E-Verify/I-9, background checks, and new-hire orientation, while maintaining confidential personnel files.
