Perioperative Scheduler

Franciscan Health - 3500 Franciscan Way - Responsibilities: Schedule surgeries, appointments, tests, and procedures in person or by phone using Electronic Health Record; coordinate external vendors and multiple physicians including anesthesia support as required; Coordinate insurance verifications and obtain prior authorizations as required; Balance the schedule to support elective and add-on cases daily; Assist with charge submissions for accurate and timely billing; Communicate and coordinate all cases among patient families, clinical areas, providers, and others as needed
