PRN LTAC RN

In this role, you will provide specialized nursing care to patients in a Long-Term Acute Care (LTAC) setting, ensuring optimal recovery and comfort. Responsibilities include assessing patient needs, developing and implementing individualized care plans, monitoring vital signs, administering medications, and coordinating with multidisciplinary teams to promote patient recovery. You will also educate patients and families on their care plans, document patient progress accurately, and respond promptly to any changes in patient condition.
