The Hotel General Manager at our luxury Miami Beach property leads a dedicated team of 20-50 staff to deliver exceptional service to leisure travelers, international tourists, and event guests. This role focuses on ensuring operational excellence and guest satisfaction through strategic leadership and financial oversight, without the need for travel or managing multiple properties.
Responsibilities
- Oversee daily hotel operations to maintain high standards
- Enhance guest relations to maximize satisfaction
- Lead, manage, and develop hotel staff effectively
- Maintain financial oversight including budget planning and vendor management
- Ensure compliance with industry regulations and quality assurance
- Develop and implement marketing strategies
- Manage crisis situations with swift, effective responses
- Monitor team performance and operational efficiency closely
Preferred Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in hotel management
- Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management or related field
- Proven skills in staff training and development
- Demonstrated excellence in customer service
- Strong leadership and communication capabilities
- Effective problem-solving skills
