Description Dental Assistant – East Cobb Family Dentistry Marietta, GA $20–$27/hour | 3-Day Workweek | Full-Time Benefits | Bonus Opportunities Looking for a 3-day workweek without giving up full-time benefits? East Cobb Family Dentistry is looking for an experienced, energetic Dental Assistant to join our growing team. This position is 24 hours per week, primarily Monday through Wednesday , and qualifies for our full-time benefits package . Some Saturdays may also be available for team members interested in additional hours. Schedule 3 days per week / approximately 24 hours per week Primarily Monday through Wednesday Some Saturdays available Full-time benefits eligibility at 24 hours per week Consistent schedule with excellent work-life balance Office Hours Monday: 7:30 AM – 4:00 PM Tuesday: 7:30 AM – 4:00 PM Wednesday: 7:30 AM – 4:00 PM Thursday: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM Friday: 8:00 AM – 3:00 PM Saturday: 8:00 AM – 2:00 PM Sunday: Closed What You’ll Do Provide chairside assistance during a variety of dental procedures Anticipate the doctor's needs and assist efficiently throughout treatment Take dental X-rays Prepare and turn over treatment rooms Maintain sterilization and infection control standards Assist with digital workflows and scanning Fabricate temporary crowns Assist with implants and clear aligner treatment Educate patients and help create an excellent patient experience Work closely with the clinical team to keep the schedule running smoothly What We’re Looking For Minimum 2 years of dental assisting experience Strong chairside and clinical assisting skills Experience with Open Dental preferred Experience with iTero preferred Implant assisting experience is a plus Clear aligner experience is a plus Ability to fabricate temporary crowns preferred Dependable, energetic, and team-oriented Strong communication and organizational skills Comfortable working in a busy, fast-paced dental practice What We Offer $20–$27/hour , based on experience Full-time benefits while working approximately 24 hours per week Monthly bonus opportunities Medical insurance Vision insurance 401(k) with company match Life insurance Short- and long-term disability insurance Paid time off Paid holidays Continuing education opportunities Supportive, team-focused culture Opportunities for professional growth and advancement If you’re an experienced Dental Assistant who wants a consistent 3-day schedule, full-time benefits, and more time outside of work , this could be a great fit. #indeedwavedp Requirements High School Diploma or equivalent.
