Responsibilities

• Supervise residential roofing and siding projects from planning through completion.
• Coordinate roofing and siding activities across project sites.
• Oversee subcontractor performance and project execution.
• Manage project schedules using company-specific systems.
• Maintain project documentation in company-specific systems.
• Monitor compliance with safety requirements.

 

Required Qualifications

• At least 2 years of experience in construction project management.
• High school diploma or equivalent.

 

Preferred Qualifications

• Knowledge of roofing systems.
• Knowledge of siding systems.
• Experience managing subcontractors.
• Strong communication skills.
• Effective problem-solving skills.
