Job Description

• Responsible for overseeing 6 salary direct reports and 24 indirect reports
• Will have P&L responsibility, oversee and direct production and handle all production and scrap reports
• Will be hands-on and have floor presence

Key Requirements 

• Rubber molding experience (Injection, compression or transfer)
• Leadership experience (Ops manager, product manager, manufacturing manager, technical manager, engineering manager)
