Summary Coordinate and execute in-store marketing events to drive traffic and sales at the South Coast Plaza location. Support planning, vendor coordination, logistics, and on-site execution while collaborating with store and corporate teams. Ensure a high-quality guest experience and timely delivery of event objectives. Responsibilities Plan and manage event timelines, budgets, and vendor relationships. Coordinate on-site setup, teardown, and visual presentation for events. Collaborate with store management, visual merchandising, and marketing teams to align event goals. Assist with promotional materials, signage, and guest communications. Track event performance and provide post-event reports and recommendations. Requirements 1+ years of experience in retail events, marketing, or related coordination roles. Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple projects.
