Together, we can continue to help children grow by Leaps & Bounds!Essential FunctionsProvide direct occupational therapy to children and follows documented treatment plans or protocols.Help patient accomplish goals outlined in treatment plan to increase independence in activities of daily living skills by administering therapeutic activities, and therapeutic exercises, and sensory skills.Document patient performance such as tallying data.Prepare therapy materials and/or equipment for use in therapy activities.Adapt or modify materials and equipment as determined by the needs of the patient.May work in a variety of setting including clinic, ranch, or tele health services.Communicate effectively in both oral and written formats.Collaborate with team members of other disciplines as well as administrative staff.Comply with federal, state, and local legal and professional requirements by studying existing and new legislation; anticipating future legislation; enforcing adherence to.Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.Assure continuation of therapeutic plan following discharge by designing home exercise programs; instructing patients, families, and caregivers in home exercise programs; recommending and/or providing assistive equipment with primary occupational therapist.Follow company policies and procedures.Perform other related duties as assigned.The compensation range varies based on experience, $66,650.00 - $79,040.00 year.Clinicians also have the opportunity to earn a WEEKLY bonus!Benefits Include:Medical, dental, vision & life insurance401k with a 4% matchStudent Loan ContributionsAccruing PTO6 paid holidaysPaid sick daysProductivity bonus structureContinuing education credits.Weekly meetings with your supervisor and department for ongoing support and collaboration.There are substantial in-house opportunities for growth and development, as well as collaboration with our dynamic team.Casual FridaysFun company eventsRequirementsPossess a valid California COTA LicensePediatric experience a plus!Clear LivescanTB TestCPR Healthcare Provider CardAbility to work in a fast-paced environmentFlexibilityBe a Strong-Team PlayerHave a desire to continue to grow as a professionalRegularly stand, bend, stoop, lift and move intermittently during shiftMust be able to lift up to a minimum of 50lbsMust be able to push or pull wheeled items over 100lbs.
