Outside Golf Operations Team Member
Willow Point Golf Country Club
The Willow Point Outside Operations Team is looking for new recruits. The Outside Operations Team works to consistently exceed member’s and guests’ expectations. Tasks and responsibilities will vary from day-to-day. Primary responsibilities are noted below, but are not limited to these only. Essential Responsibilities Must be willing to have fun! Must enjoy having fun while working! Must be able to lift 50 lbs, move, bend, stand, and/or be on your feet for extended periods of time. Must be able to smile, engage, and verbally communicate with members and guests. Additional Responsibilities Assist Members and Guests as they arrive and depart the facility. Clean, charge, rotate, and maintain a fleet of 76 golf cars. Bag Room Operations - storage, cleaning, etc... Service the driving range - pick, wash balls, assist members, and keep the practice area neat and orderly. Maintain a clean work area at all times. Follow guidelines laid out in the Daily Checklists.
