Field Sales Representative - Cincinnati, OH Employment Type: Direct Hire Location: Cincinnati, OH, Field Travel Tuesday-Thursday, Monday and Friday Working from Home Pay: $60,000-$70,000 base salary + commission potential Overview We are partnering with a growing organization within the multifamily services industry to identify a Field Sales Representative for the Cincinnati market. This role is responsible for developing new business opportunities, maintaining customer relationships, and growing market share throughout an assigned territory. This is a true outside sales position, requiring regular face‑to‑face customer interaction and territory management. The ideal candidate is self‑motivated, relationship‑driven, and excited to build a long‑term career in sales. Recent graduates and early‑career professionals are encouraged to apply.
