Engineering Manager R&D

Ignite Recruitment is currently searching for a Engineer Manager for a growing Trailer manufacturing company in Texas. Our client provides an excellent relocation package. Relocation $15,000 Salary Range $120,000 to $135,000 or higher depending on experience Work Schedule Hybrid - 3 days in office, 2 at home Openings 1 Desired Abilities Has to have experience launching 1 or 2 new product lines from concept to design to commercialization Trailer manufacturing experience - more on frame and steel fabrication Management or team lead experience preferred Must be willing to relocate or be able to drive to location at least 3 times a week Responsibilities Collaborates with marketing department to determine market potential for new products. Develops new products from concept from testing to production. Tests prototypes and validate new designs. Ensure projects are on schedule and within budget. Oversees engineering staff and ensures R&D goals and objective are met. Qualifications Bachelors degree in Engineering required; Masters degree in Engineering or Business Administration preferred.
