About the Opportunity You will work alongside a highly respected transactional team representing commercial banks, financial institutions, private lenders, and borrowers in complex financing matters across New England. The group is known for handling sophisticated, high-value lending and structured finance deals , while maintaining a collaborative, entrepreneurial environment.
