Length: 13 Weeks

Requirements:

• CA License
• Must have 1 year of home health experience
• Epic experience
• Must know HCHB and OASIS
• Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree — Required (only if license obtained on or after January 2016, or foreign equivalent)
• AHA BLS
