Project Manager

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to join our team and lead the successful execution of commercial glazing projects. This role is responsible for coordinating all aspects of a project—from planning and scheduling to procurement, fabrication, and installation—while ensuring quality, safety, and customer satisfaction. The right candidate will be a skilled communicator and problem solver who thrives in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities: Manage multiple projects simultaneously, from contract award through project closeout. Review project specifications, drawings, and contracts to ensure compliance with scope and requirements. Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and progress tracking. Coordinate with clients, architects, general contractors, and internal teams to ensure clear communication and smooth project execution. Oversee procurement of materials, including glass, aluminum, hardware, and specialty items. Monitor shop fabrication and field installation progress, addressing issues as they arise. Ensure adherence to safety standards, building codes, and quality control measures. Provide regular project updates and reporting to company leadership. Resolve conflicts and troubleshoot project challenges effectively. Foster strong client relationships and represent the company professionally on all projects. Qualifications: Minimum 5 years of experience in project management, preferably in the glazing, construction, or related industry. Strong knowledge of storefront, curtain wall, and entrance systems. Ability to read and interpret construction drawings, specifications, and contracts. Proficiency in project management software (MS Project, Procore, or similar). Excellent organizational, communication, and leadership skills. OSHA 10 certification preferred. Proven ability to manage budgets, schedules, and teams effectively. #J-18808-Ljbffr hoppersglass
