SMT/Electronics Assembly Technician
Join a growing manufacturing team focused on producing high-quality electronic assemblies. We're seeking an experienced Electronics Assembly Technician with a strong background in PCB assembly, SMT equipment, and precision soldering.
Key Responsibilities
- Assemble and manufacture printed circuit boards (PCBs) and electronic components.
- Operate SMT pick-and-place and other automated assembly equipment in a fast-paced production environment.
- Perform precision soldering and support daily electronics assembly operations.
- Ensure quality standards are met throughout the manufacturing process.
Qualifications
- High school diploma required; Associate degree in Electronics or a related technical field preferred.
- 5+ years of hands-on experience with soldering, PCB assembly, and SMT manufacturing.
- Experience operating SMT pick-and-place equipment and other automated electronics assembly systems.
- Familiarity with advanced SMT equipment, automated storage systems, and dispensing technologies is a plus.
