Warehouse Team Lead Manager Support

Position Warehouse Team Lead – Alburtis, Pennsylvania – Regular, Full-time. Hourly rate: $22.25 per hour. Overtime: $34.87 per hour. Shift schedule: Monday to Friday, 12:00 PM to 8:00 PM, with possible overtime. Responsibilities Lead and ensure continuous improvement efforts for optimal efficiency of the operations. Perform warehouse functions, including loading, picking, packing, shipping, receiving, forklift operation, and cycle counting. Allocate resources and organize and distribute daily work duties to team members to ensure optimal shift and operational logistics. Inspire and guide team members towards improved Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) using appropriate leadership styles and methods. Assist in providing appropriate orientation for employees and give them the necessary information, technology, and tools to perform their jobs. Assist with promoting health and safety working methods within the warehouse. Handle day‑to‑day paperwork in a warehouse environment (e.g., picking sheets, returns, bills of lading, etc.). Complete and submit daily reports and propose action plans to enhance operations effectiveness and service levels. Perform other duties as assigned. Requirements High school diploma or equivalent preferred. One year or more powered industrial truck experience preferred. One year or more previous experience as Team Lead preferred. One year or more experience with Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Word, etc.) preferred. One year or more previous warehouse experience preferred. Knowledge and/or experience with an advanced RF scanner required. Valid forklift operator's license certified. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Effective leadership skills. Flexibility to work in a fast‑paced, dynamic environment. Ability to work independently and as a member of a team. Excellent organizational skills. Proactively approaches responsibilities.
