We are seeking a licensed Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH) to join our dedicated team! This full-time or part-time position offers competitive pay ($38–$42/hour), a flexible schedule, and a supportive work environment. Requirements

• Basic life support
• Cardiopulmonary resuscitation
• Eaglesoft
• Infection Control License
• Licensed dental hygienist
• Local Anesthesia Certification
• iTero

Active Michigan RDH License
Local Anesthesia Certification
CPR Certification
Proficiency in Eaglesoft & iTero (or willingness to learn)
Strong knowledge of infection control protocols
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Job Description

Clinical Responsibilities:
Prepare operatories, ensuring all instruments and equipment are ready for patient care
Maintain strict infection control protocols, including sterilization and disinfection
Conduct comprehensive oral health assessments and develop personalized treatment plans
Take and process digital X-rays with proper safety measures
Perform prophylaxis, periodontal charting, scaling, and root planing
Administer local anesthesia (with proper certification)
Educate patients on oral hygiene techniques and preventive care
Administrative & Technical Duties:
Accurately document patient records using Eaglesoft and iTero
Schedule follow-up appointments and track treatment progress
Collaborate with dentists and team members to ensure seamless patient care

Shift & Schedule

Monday – Thursday: 7:30 AM – 5:00 PM
Alternating Fridays & Saturdays: 7:30 AM – 1:00 PM
Sunday: Closed
