Location: New York, NY - 4 days onsite per week Salary: $120K to $140K, plus bonus About the Company / Opportunity: We are a leading real estate firm with a national presence and a team of over 2,000 employees. As we expand our legal operations, we are looking to hire a talented Senior Paralegal to join our team. This role offers a high level of ownership over your work and a pathway to leadership within a fast-paced, high-volume environment. Responsibilities: Support the legal team in all aspects of corporate governance, real estate transactions, and other legal matters. Draft, review, and edit legal documents. Support corporate and real estate transactions, including closings, due diligence, document execution, and delivery. Track deal timelines, closing checklists, and open action items. Prepare entity formation, governance, and other corporate documents. Maintain legal files, records, templates, databases, and transaction materials. Must-Have Skills: 5+ years of corporate paralegal experience Extensive experience in corporate governance and entity management Nice-to-Have Skills: Registered Paralegal certification Prior mentorship or leadership experience This is a great opportunity for a motivated legal professional looking to grow within a dynamic and expanding company. #J-18808-Ljbffr
