What You'll Be Doing

• Inspect, troubleshoot, repair, and maintain plant equipment to support safe and efficient operations.
• Perform preventive and predictive maintenance activities to minimize downtime.
• Diagnose mechanical issues and implement effective corrective solutions.
• Collaborate with plant teams to improve equipment reliability and operational performance.
• Follow all safety procedures, maintenance standards, and regulatory requirements.
  
  

What Are We Looking For

• Demonstrated ability to inspect, maintain, and repair industrial mechanical equipment.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills with a focus on root cause analysis.
• Ability to read and interpret technical documents, schematics, and maintenance manuals.
• Commitment to workplace safety and adherence to established procedures.
• Effective communication and teamwork skills with the ability to work independently when needed.
  
  

Conditions of Employment

• Successful candidate must submit to post-offer pre-employment physical examination, drug/alcohol screen, and background check.
• Successful candidate must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
  
  

Work Environment

• Role operates primarily in environments where the conditions include moving mechanical equipment, inclement weather, heat, cold, humidity, and elevated noise level.
