Big City Bites Bistro is seeking an outgoing, energetic, and detail-oriented prep cook to join our team! Our Line Cooks are quality-forward with a heaping cup of friendliness and a hearty scoop of know-how. Now, let's be transparent with the Requirements:

  • 2 years Prep Cook experience preferred
  • Able to lift and carry 50 lbs
  • Able to cook and prepare recipes to Big City Bites Bistro's standards using equipment such as, but not limited to, Deep fat fryers, Grills, Ovens, etc.
  • Able to stand for extended periods
  • Able to adhere to Big City Bites Bistro's standards for hygiene, cleanliness, and organization
  • Able to work 35-45 hour workweeks
  • Able to work Weekends
  • Able to speak and read English
  • Able to use knives safely
  • Able to follow food handling guidelines for safety
  • Able to multi-task
