Lawn Care Technician/Construction General Laborer

The construction general laborer is responsible for maintaining residential and commercial properties by performing routine landscaping and grounds maintenance tasks. This role involves working outdoors in a team environment, using landscaping equipment, and ensuring properties meet quality and appearance standards.

Pay -$18hr-$25hr - Starting pay is based of previous experience

Perform routine lawn care services including mowing, trimming, edging, and mulching.

Operate landscaping equipment such as zero-turn mowers, weed whackers, trimmers, and blowers.

Follow directions from crew leaders or supervisors to complete daily routes efficiently.

Ensure work is completed on time and meets company quality standards.

Maintain tools and equipment in safe working condition.

Follow all safety guidelines while working on job sites.

Experience in general labor, construction, and landscaping.

Proficiency in using hand tools and power tools.

Must have experience operating zero-turn mowers and weed whackers.

Ability to measure accurately using a tape measure.

Experience with lawn care, mulching, and using a push mower.

Ability to work as a laborer helper.

This is a Permanent position based out of Easton, PA.

The pay range for this position is $37440.00 - $41600.00/yr.

This is a fully onsite position in Easton,PA.
