What You'll Own Lead the full prospect-to-lease journey across assigned managed and new-development assets Deliver tailored tours, structured follow-up, and a move-in experience residents recommend Know your buildings cold — pricing, availability, comp set, and positioning Feed real-time market intel back to the team to sharpen performance Keep CRM tracking accurate and leasing files audit-ready Partner with property management for seamless move-ins Operating Structure Field-based across multiple Denver properties within a centralized leasing model. Open scheduling to meet renter demand — weekend availability required. Full team support, leasing technology, and marketing infrastructure provided. What You Bring Active Colorado real estate license 1–2+ years leasing experience with a track record of production Strong sales presence, high responsiveness, and ownership mindset Comfort in CRM and structured operating systems Fair Housing compliance knowledge Compensation Uncapped, commission-based pay tied directly to production.
