**Join Our Team as a Travel ICU RN!** **Job Description:** - **Position:** Travel ICU RN - **Start Date:** ASAP - **Duration:** 13 Weeks - **Shift:** Nights 7P to 7A - Every 3rd weekend required - No on-call requirements! - **Responsibilities:** - Provide critical care to patients in the ICU - Manage vent-dependent patients and IV drips - Administer IV sedation and assist in recoveries after hours occasionally - May be asked to float to MS Telemetry as needed (6:1 ratio) - **Requirements:** - Current RN licensure in Indiana - ACLS and BLS certifications required - Valid driver’s license - 1-2 years of critical care experience - Strong critical care skills (no ECHMO or trauma ERRT) - **Work Environment:** - Total facility beds: 72 - ICU unit beds: 14 - Monthly department volume: 175 patients - Patient ratios: - 3:1 or 2:1 based on patient type - 1:5 if floating to Med-Surg overflow/PCU - **Submission Details:** - Include required license and certifications or your application will be rejected - Must attach driver's license & permanent home address (must match ID) - Candidates must be greater than 50 miles from the facility; local candidates not accepted **Why Catalytic Solutions (CatSol):** At CatSol, we connect dedicated therapists with rewarding assignments across the country.
