Job Description

Develop and execute strategic plans to identify and win new business opportunities. Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders. Prospect, network, and generate leads through a variety of sales channels. Present customized packaging and print solutions that align with customer needs. Negotiate contracts and close new business opportunities. Partner closely with internal teams to ensure successful project execution and customer satisfaction. Monitor industry trends, market developments, and competitive activity. Maintain accurate sales forecasts, pipeline activity, and CRM records. Represent the organization at industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities.

The Successful Applicant

3+ years of B2B sales experience, preferably within packaging, printing, labels, paper, or related manufacturing industries. Proven track record of generating revenue growth and consistently exceeding sales goals. Strong business development and relationship-building skills. Experience managing consultative sales cycles and strategic customer accounts. Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation abilities. Proficiency with CRM systems and sales reporting tools. Self-motivated, entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to work independently. We are particularly interested in candidates who have sold: folding cartons, labels, flexible packaging, commercial print services.
