Location: Dodge Center, MN
Compensation: $20.00-$21.00 per hour - paid weekly
Schedule: Day Shift | Monday-Friday

In this role, you'll help support daily warehouse operations, maintain inventory accuracy, and ensure customer orders are processed efficiently. • Coordinate daily warehouse workflow and assist with assigning work based on production schedules and customer demand
• Support shipping, receiving, order picking, inventory management, and work order completion
• Train team members on warehouse equipment, software systems, and operational processes as needed
• Monitor inventory accuracy through cycle counts and stock checks
• Communicate order changes, inventory concerns, and scheduling updates to ensure customer expectations are met
• Identify operational bottlenecks and provide hands-on support where needed
• Follow and promote all quality, safety, and warehouse procedures

What You Need to Bring to the Warehouse Associate Role:

• Previous warehouse experience preferred
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, and perform physical tasks throughout an 8-10 hour shift
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly
• Basic computer skills and the ability to learn warehouse software systems
• Ability to read and follow written work instructions in English
• Reliable transportation to the Dodge Center area
• Ability to pass a pre-employment background check and/or drug screen, if required
