ABOUT OUR AGENCY:
 
I’ve proudly served as a State Farm agent since 1985 and have spent more than 40 years helping individuals, families, and businesses protect what matters most. I earned my bachelor’s degree in business from East Carolina University, and over the years I’ve built an office culture centered around knowledge, trust, and building long lasting relationships with our customers and community.

Our office is friendly, supportive, and team oriented with a work hard, play hard mentality. We currently have three full time team members and one part time team member, and we’re excited to continue growing our team. With over 85 years of combined insurance experience in the office, we pride ourselves on providing personalized guidance, respecting our customers’ budgets, and delivering the kind of small town service people can count on.

ROLE DESCRIPTION:
As Account Representative - State Farm Agent Team Member for Gary Elliott - State Farm Agent, you are vital to our daily business operations and customers’ success. You grow our agency through meaningful customer relations and acting as a liaison between customer needs and agency departments. You improve the lives of our customers by proactively marketing relevant products and services.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Provide information about insurance products and services.
• Assist customers with policy applications and renewals.
• Handle customer inquiries and provide timely responses.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
• Maintain and build personable and lasting relationships with current and potential customers. 
• Prospecting new customers, utilizing organization and sales knowledge to cross- sell and build our book of business.
  QUALIFICATIONS:
• Communication and interpersonal skills.
• Detail-oriented and able to multitask.
• Experience in customer service or sales preferred.

Compensation base and commission: $45,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year based on experience and job performance
